This week celebrates Nutrition & Hydration Week 2021!

This annual event has the objective to bring people together and highlight the improvements in the provision of nutrition & hydration within the social care sector. With a 30% greater risk among those over the age of 65 of being malnourished, it is extremely important for those working in care to be educated around malnutrition. So, as part of our contribution to Nutrition & Hydration Week, everyday this week apetito will be releasing bitesized podcasts, on a different aspect of malnutrition, hosted by our in-house Dietitian, Emily Stuart. Each podcast will be uploaded daily to our LinkedIn and can be found here: https://apetito.link/linkedin-Nutrition-and-hydration-week-
