CQC Inspection Feedback

We have noted a considerable rise in the number of calls to our office following a CQC inspection. 

The general tenure of calls indicate that the experience is not always supportive.

We are keen to gather information about how you felt your inspection went and any suggestions you may have which we can share during our regular meetings with CQC.
