The BAME Leaders Programme – Moving Up Programme
The BAME Leaders Programme was developed in recognition of the importance of having a more representative leadership profile in the sector. The Moving Up – BAME Programme is for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic leaders who already have experience managing services; typically Service Managers, Registered Managers, Heads of Service (or equivalent) and Operational Managers who have the ambition and potential to progress to the most senior positions in social care.
This programme will be starting in October 2015, exact dates will be confirmed closer to the time. The cost is £500 per person (NSA members) and £600 per person (non NSA members).
