The future of social care funding: what does the green paper mean for the care industry?

As you will all have been made aware the promised government green paper has been postponed to the Autumn now (which hopefully does not mean we are looking at Christmas week!).
The optimism the green paper has generated as the solution to all the problems relating to the funding of social care may risk being diluted by a delay whilst simultaneously the NHS birthday celebrations have been marked with pay rises and additional funding.
