Information Governance

NHS Digital has commissioned the Care Provider Alliance, the umbrella body for the national representative care provider organisations, to produce a 'How to' Guide in respect of Information Governance, including support for completing the NHS Information Governance Toolkit, together with model policies and procedures for care homes to use. This work is due to be delivered in the Spring 2017. The Registered Nursing Home Association is the lead partner and is working with National Care Association and an independent sector care provider to deliver this work.

 
We have designed a short survey - about 5 minutes - to assess the current level of knowledge about, and compliance with, the IG Toolkit. The aim of this survey is to discover what level of support is required to achieve compliance. We have designed the survey as a forum where individuals can confidentially express their concerns or queries about information governance and would appreciate your feedback.
 
You may be assured of complete confidentiality as all responses will be anonymous. The data will be reported only in the aggregate and no individual will be identified.
